LAUNCH AND FIRST STEPS
We faced a problem: foreign specialists willing to work in Russia didn't know where to start, and companies were wasting time searching independently. In 2019, we launched Bridge 360 ​​as expert support for our first clients, and within a year, we were helping IT specialists from three countries relocate.
GEOGRAPHICAL EXPANSION
By 2021, we expanded to 10+ partner countries and launched a full-fledged international candidate search. In 2022, the number of successful placements reached 50, and we began receiving contacts not only from specialists but also from companies seeking a systematic approach to hiring international talent.
A NEW DIRECTION FOR BUSINESS
We recognized the demand from businesses and launched a dedicated B2B division. Now, Bridge 360 ​​not only helped professionals find jobs but also handled the full recruitment and onboarding process for Russian companies. This allowed us to fill complex vacancies significantly faster.
